About
The Turning Point recruits from shelters and runs a paid twelve-week traineeship in greenkeeping, kitchen work and front-of-house, ending in a guaranteed interview with a partner club. Seventy-three percent of trainees are still employed a year later. The charity's cost per placement is a fraction of what a night in emergency accommodation costs the state.
